Michael Choi - If you only had 2 hours of work per week, what task would you put all your effort into and why?

"80% of the business comes from 20% of the work"

I asked Mr Choi a hypothetical question. Knowing that in Real Estate, working two hours per week is impossible but I wanted to determine the key ingredient in becoming a successful Agent. My questions was "If you only had 2 hours of work per week, what task would you put all your effort into and why"?

Enter Michael:

"So in real estate, 80% of the business comes from 20% of the work and the 20% of the work is generally being a good person and prospecting, prospecting, prospecting. You go to conferences, you go to seminars and you
hear from the best speakers and trainers.

The underlining principle is old school and it won't change. The way to do it will change, the styles will change, the technology will change it, but it will all come down to the prospect. In finding people that are thinking about selling and getting them on board with your company. And so you focus all your energy on that, just focus 80% of your time on prospecting and you'll be good".
