"Just be a nice good human being and just help people, because the more you help people, the more business you're going get and the more successful you're going to be".

I had a chat with Sam Master.

A cool guy with a captivating presence about him. I had the opportunity to sit down with him and chat about his career, previous jobs and what it takes to build a strong foundation in Real Estate.

"One of the best advice that I was given was very early on in my career where one of the directors that I started working with, and the advice was very simple, but very profound. The advice was "don't try to be a real estate agent, be yourself and be a good human being first".

Because people do business with people they like rather than trying to pretend or put on a facade or just act like a real estate agent or salesperson. Just be a nice good human being and just help people, because the more you help people, the more business you're going get and the more successful you're going to be.

I think that hit early on and it made me think and yeah absolutely, I think I started implementing it really early on because when you start in any industry or career, you try to be like what everyone tells you to be like, and especially in real estate, you start thinking, oh how does they that has act or do things but because of this advice early on, I was told you don't have to try and be anyone, be yourself and be a good human being.

So I implemented straight away and I think that's definitely had a very impactful in my career".
